The location is great being in the mid crowded comfortable area And the staff were very friendly,welcoming,helpful and kind Also the view on the lake was beautiful And the rooms were clean and comfortable having good space and bathrooms with new style decorations So overall was a comfortable and beautiful experience And don’t mind getting back again Also one of the things that I noticed and in my opinion was a very unique thing that makes it easier and comfortable to stay is that in rooms there was provided with an electronic buttons beside every room doors For cleaning/ no disturbing Rather then having a piece of paper that hangs on the door handles which most of other hotels i had been had

Great staff, the reception lady made the check in very smooth and i believe her supervisor or college also she made sure the room is ready before i go there since i made a late reservation. Great location as well, in general it was all good

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Not to mention the delicious breakfast we had with a very good view of the lake. My wife was pregnant, and the chef was very helpful by preparing plates and delivering it to our table as well as bringing stuff before we even thought of it (and that's the reason I'm always booking with you guys when I come to Tunis). The last thing I'd like to mention is that the hotel is located on a superb site, next to various restaurants & cafes . Thank you, and Happy EID!!!👌🙂

Concorde Hotel, very nice, quiet, the staff are very cooperative and always smiling, I spent a beautiful vacation there with my wife, and we will repeat it soon, all thanks and love to dear Salma for her wonderful and kind reception and care for us throughout our stay at the hotel.
