The staff was incredibly friendly ,always smiling , and and ready to assist . Breakfast was excellent with variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly The hotel location was absolutely ideal , very convenient and surprisingly quiet . Whenever i need help the staff responded promptly and effectively . Everything was exactly as it should be comfortable , welcoming , and well organized .i want to express my gratitude to Mr Jalal @ room service who was exceptionally and helpful . Salma & baya @ front desk . If i visit tunis again i would definitely choose to stay here once more .

Great staff, the reception lady made the check in very smooth and i believe her supervisor or college also she made sure the room is ready before i go there since i made a late reservation. Great location as well, in general it was all good

The lobby was pretty, the dinner delicious, the view of the lake was very pleasing and the outdoor area was beautiful! We took advantage of the pool and it felt awesome after 20,000 steps in Sidi Bou Said! We also took advantage of the great spa prices and had a couples massage before we left! Also - the proximity to the airport was an added bonus for us.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Not to mention the delicious breakfast we had with a very good view of the lake. My wife was pregnant, and the chef was very helpful by preparing plates and delivering it to our table as well as bringing stuff before we even thought of it (and that's the reason I'm always booking with you guys when I come to Tunis). The last thing I'd like to mention is that the hotel is located on a superb site, next to various restaurants & cafes . Thank you, and Happy EID!!!👌🙂

Concorde Hotel, very nice, quiet, the staff are very cooperative and always smiling, I spent a beautiful vacation there with my wife, and we will repeat it soon, all thanks and love to dear Salma for her wonderful and kind reception and care for us throughout our stay at the hotel.

I really loved the closeness of the hotel employees wt the guests.. On my arrival ..in les than 1 hour I had received a hand written thank you letter from the hotel manager ... this was a very heart warming technique to le the guests feel special.. The employees from conciergerie till top manager were very friendly and attentive to the guests wills .. really aspot on

I was on a bus trip w my clients and colleagues.. the personnel in this hotel is exceptionally helpful caring and respectful.. very clean and the variety in the breakfast was very nice and tasty I became an habitual visitor every time I visit tunis highly recommend the place
